#8 Why I called Wim Hof (The Iceman) when I ended up with Covid in the hospital.

It's November 2021 and as many I caught Covid and instead of just having the regular flu symptoms I end up in the hospital. There I called Wim Hof (also known as the iceman) to help me finetune everything I know about breathwork. I recovered faster than most just with the power of breath.
